FAQs

1) I can’t see the results for the homework/test/exam that I set on
my class page.

Solution

Double-click on the assignment in the ‘My Work Assigned’ column in ‘Assignments’.
You will probably find that you’ve ticked the ‘Intervention’ box by mistake.
Untick it and ‘Save Changes’.
Refresh the browser by pressing F5 and go back to your class page.

2) I can’t find the exam papers to set for my classes.

Solution

Please see T25 of ‘Welcome to MathsWatch’.

3) My school has a subscription which includes AS Level, but I
cannot create assignments for AS Level.

Solution

I’m afraid our AS Level content is only videos – we do not have interactive questions for
AS Level and so assignments cannot be created.
